by Cynthia Starkweather-Nelson

By concentrating on the continuous line and the visual details of the subject, the mind is shifted away from anxious thoughts and towards the sensory experience of drawing.

Cynthia is a fine artist working in acrylics, water color, and other mediums with a focus on lakes and prairies in northern Wisconsin. Reflections, light, and shadows are key elements in her art.
